Mentoring and coaching have always been an integral part of Ron’s career, both in the workplace and at his alma mater, Penn State University. Since 2015, Ron has served as a guest lecturer at this prestigious institution, providing presentations to business students in areas such as brand building and career planning and positioning. Ron is an engaging presenter and author, lauded by many as the best public speaker they’ve heard. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Penn State and is a current contributor to LionLink Career Coaching. Prior to that, he served as a member of the Penn State College of Communications Alumni Society Board and the school’s Outreach Advisory Board, where for 13 years Ron worked with the board to drive development, growth and the adoption of the World Campus online learning platform.
